About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive project sales and expand market potential for industrial categories to achieve individual sales targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key end-users, influencers, and designers to secure product specifications
  • Work with demand planners to ensure product forecasting supports strategic sales plans
  • Assess customer needs and offer technical solutions using company products and services
  • Provide technical training, seminars, and presentations to clients regarding product performance and applications
  • Manage key projects in coordination with channel distributors to maximize market penetration
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree or Diploma (Civil, Structural, or Mechanical preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical or project sales
  • Proven experience selling to industrial end-users and understanding industry dynamics
  • Strong local market knowledge and an established business network
  • Willingness to work in job-site environments and conduct on-site demonstrations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Valid driving license and ownership of a personal car
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
