About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive project sales and expand market potential for industrial categories to achieve individual sales targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key end-users, influencers, and designers to secure product specifications
- Collaborate with demand planners to ensure product forecasting supports strategic sales plans
- Assess customer needs and offer technical solutions using company products and services
- Provide technical training, seminars, and presentations to clients regarding product performance and applications
- Manage key projects alongside channel distributors to maximize sales penetration
- Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
- Provide technical job-site support and product demonstrations as required
Requirements
- Engineering Degree or Diploma (Civil, Structural, or Mechanical preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in technical or project sales
- Proven experience selling to Industrial End users and understanding industry dynamics
- Strong local market knowledge and an established business network
- Willingness to work in job-site environments and conduct on-site demonstrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Valid driving license and possession of a personal car
