About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to promote and sell Zoho products effectively
- Engage with customers to track and resolve product-related queries and issues
- Conduct client need analysis to identify pain points and develop targeted outreach strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to qualify opportunities
- Manage the sales funnel and maintain relationships with re-marketed prospects
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Present Zoho’s solutions to relevant stakeholders within targeted geographical markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve overall company goals and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
