About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls to promote and sell Zoho products effectively
  • Engage with customers to track and resolve product-related queries and issues
  • Conduct client need analysis to identify pain points and develop targeted outreach strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to qualify opportunities
  • Manage the sales funnel and maintain relationships with re-marketed prospects
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Present Zoho’s solutions to relevant stakeholders within targeted geographical markets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve overall company goals and monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
