About the role

Responsibilities

  • Promote the Neurovascular portfolio to medical professionals and clinicians in the Northeast region of Brazil.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during surgical procedures to ensure high adoption of products and technologies.
  • Execute a strategic sales agenda, including pre-visit briefings, post-visit follow-ups, and participation in medical congresses.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and manage order billing within the assigned territory.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clinical staff regarding diagnostics and procedures.
  • Manage internal processes and navigate market complexities, such as public sector reimbursement, to maintain market share.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education degree.
  • Valid driver's license (CNH B) and a regular driving habit.
  • Solid knowledge of the hospital environment, specifically within surgical settings.
  • Proven experience in medical device sales, including both direct and indirect sales models.
  • Experience working with both public and private healthcare accounts.
  • Availability to travel at least 75% of the time.

  • Intermediate proficiency in the English language.
