About the role

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen access to Coronary and Renal Denervation (RDN) therapies through market development and strategic relationship management with major hospital networks.
  • Manage relationships with strategic stakeholders and hospital corporate entities to align institutional needs with therapy priorities.
  • Conduct strategic market analysis by evaluating data by hospital, territory, and procedure profile to identify growth opportunities and increase market share.
  • Implement and support corporate projects aimed at the development and consolidation of medical therapies.
  • Monitor clinical and operational data to support distribution strategies, account prioritization, and demand planning.
  • Manage product allocation and availability, coordinating distribution between hospitals to ensure operational continuity and logistical efficiency.
  • Track performance indicators related to commercial agreements, comodatos, and regional goals using data dashboards.
  • Provide technical-commercial support to internal teams and clients, serving as a reference for portfolio information and clinical best practices.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree (completed).
  • Valid driver's license (CNH B) and a habit of driving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interact professionally with healthcare professionals.
  • Willingness to travel at least 40% of the time within the state of Rio de Janeiro.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
