Responsibilities
- Perform active prospecting (Hunter) to acquire new partners and increase market share
- Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead qualification to pipeline maintenance
- Conduct strategic commercial negotiations and close partnership contracts
- Oversee partner onboarding and activation to ensure operational readiness within 31 days
- Monitor initial performance metrics of new partners to ensure success
- Plan weekly and daily field visit routes for 100% external routine
- Develop consultative relationships with partners to drive engagement
- Report market insights and competitor trends to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales with a hunter profile
- Availability for regional travel and overnight stays during weekdays
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including late afternoons and evenings
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Active driver's license and ownership of a vehicle (mandatory)
- Ability to reside in the designated operating region
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Interest in using AI and technology to optimize commercial routines
