About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers for used heavy machinery sales
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Promote and sell used heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, cranes, and forklifts
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and equipment demonstrations
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close profitable deals
- Coordinate with operations, workshop, and logistics teams for machine inspection and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM or sales reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing of used machinery
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy machinery sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of used machinery and equipment conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong linguistic skills
