About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by partnering with account and practice leaders to pursue opportunities, build pipeline, and secure MSAs
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, decision makers, and alliance partners to expand Slalom's presence in the Chicago metro region
  • Lead pipeline development, forecasting, and account strategy using Slalom sales tools and cross-team collaboration
  • Support overall sales success by activating networks, hosting events, mentoring sellers, and consistently delivering against quota

Requirements

  • 8-15 years of experience in a direct sales or business development role
  • Proven background in the consulting industry
  • Experience selling and shaping complex professional services engagements within Fortune 500 organizations
  • Consistent history of originating and closing new business while managing C-suite relationships
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex pursuits
