Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth by identifying new market opportunities and managing the end-to-end client acquisition lifecycle.
• Oversee the full inquiry module within the CRM, ensuring all client requests are captured, qualified, and tracked.
• Manage company and client registration processes to ensure pre-qualification with major developers and government bodies.
• Lead the tender submission process, ensuring all technical and commercial documentation meets UAE authority requirements.
• Deliver high-impact technical demonstrations of services, including MEP solutions and energy-efficient retrofits.
• Coordinate with Estimation and Accounts teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and accurate BOQs.
• Maintain rigorous follow-up protocols with new clients and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of aggressive sales and business development experience in the UAE construction or FM sectors.
• Proven track record of winning tenders and securing high-value contracts.
• Technical literacy with the ability to explain complex scopes such as MEP load schedules and structural framing.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (specifically ZOHO) and MS Office.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit for basic design discussions.
• Exceptional English communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives.
