About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across the APAC region, focusing on Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships through strategic account management
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
  • Develop and execute land-and-expand strategies within existing accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders across SMB and enterprise customers
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a hybrid sales role within software or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of achieving annual quotas of at least >1M SGD
  • Experience with land-and-expand sales motions
  • Experience selling into SMB and enterprise environments
  • Exposure to banking, financial services, insurance (FSI), and fintech customers
  • Experience working across Singaporean, Indonesian, and Malaysian markets
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency in Singapore
  • Ability to work in the office 5 days a week for at least the first year

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the cybersecurity industry
  • Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese and/or Malay
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity companies
  • Experience in international or regional APAC sales environments
