About the role
Responsibilities
- Adhere to sales forecasts and strategic plans to optimize business unit profitability
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, including client negotiations and competitive package design
- Visit customers frequently to take orders, confirm delivery details, and monitor stock levels
- Develop a database of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and email
- Promote the business to new and existing clients to secure repeat business
- Prepare sales reports, including enquiry conversion rates and predicted sales trends
- Coordinate with the Legal department to prepare purchase agreements and contracts
- Ensure all logistics related to sales orders and timely collection of receivables are managed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience in the furniture retail or luxury retail industry
- Highly presentable professional appearance
- Flexibility to work different shifts and at various locations within Dubai
