About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations and monitor day-to-day activities to ensure business profitability
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on business trends and conversion rates
- Visit customers frequently to take orders, confirm delivery details, and manage stock levels
- Promote the brand to new and existing clients through networking and corporate events
- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, email, and proactive networking
- Prepare sales documentation, including purchase agreements and contracts, in coordination with Legal
- Advise customers on product developments and special promotions
- Ensure all logistics related to sales orders and timely collection of receivables are managed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience in the furniture retail industry or luxury retail
- Highly presentable professional appearance
- Flexibility to work different shifts and at various locations within Dubai
