About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by maintaining a high closing ratio on qualified leads and meeting KPIs.
  • Generate new leads through digital marketing campaigns and industry networking events.
  • Convert product demo sessions into confirmed sales for SaaS software solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new strategic partners and existing restaurant clients.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, follow up on projects, and report on performance.
  • Leverage data and CRM insights to optimize sales strategies and pipeline generation.
  • Participate in continuous training to master new product features and advanced sales techniques.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of direct sales experience in IT, FMCG, or SaaS industries (talented fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal car for fieldwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience specifically within the SaaS, technology, or F&B industries.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a robust sales pipeline.
