Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information regarding products and services
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and walk-in customers
• Promote company products and testing services to new customers
• Prepare and process customer orders and quotations
• Assist account managers in sales operations
• Maintain sales records and prepare reports, quotations, and price lists
• Manage sample collection and delivery of test reports to customers
• Assist management in preparing tender and contract review documentation
• Interface with other departments to ensure timely delivery and task completion

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 2-3 years of experience in a related field
• Malaysian citizenship required
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work as a team player and handle stress
