About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and increase the assigned client portfolio through prospecting and service activities to meet sales budgets.
- Develop and execute sales budgets per client and product in alignment with regional commercial strategies.
- Identify new prospects through databases, directories, and industrial associations to exceed commercial objectives.
- Promote the product portfolio and new technologies, including LTL, Solog, International, and Buzón E services.
- Manage client information and sales cycles using SAP and CRM systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer service to guarantee client retention and identify new sales opportunities.
- Perform weekly collection follow-ups in coordination with the collections department to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and update sales, revenue, and portfolio reports according to corporate guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas (specialization in service sales preferred).
- 3 years of experience in sales within the logistics industry.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
