Sales Executive – ERP Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic sales activities focused on ERP software solutions for enterprises in KSA.
• Proactively identify and develop relationships with target accounts and key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including consultative selling, preparing tailored proposals, and closing deals.
• Maintain and expand relationships with assigned accounts to maximize satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Deliver compelling technology presentations and product demonstrations.
• Track sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Travel throughout KSA to meet clients as required.

Requirements

• KSA national only.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering, etc.).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in ERP solutions, account management, and sales within KSA.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the software or enterprise solutions sector.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) for business documentation.
• Ability and willingness to travel and adjust working hours to accommodate customer needs.
• Deep knowledge of the KSA business environment and technology buyers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using CRM tools for pipeline management.
