Sales Executive - Digital Pathology

Responsibilities

• Define and execute account strategies across enterprise health systems and academic medical centers
• Drive funnel and pipeline management to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Engage a broad range of stakeholders, including pathology leadership, IT, operations, and C-suite executives
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists, Solution Architects, and Business Unit leaders during the sales process
• Develop a deep understanding of customer pathology workflows to tailor value propositions
• Lead contract negotiations to secure commercial and strategic terms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience
• Proven experience in capital medical equipment or IT sales
• Knowledge and experience in Digital Pathology
• Experience working with C-Suite stakeholders and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales funnels
• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
• Ability to travel up to 75%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling Healthcare IT, diagnostics, or enterprise software solutions in a clinical environment
• Strong knowledge of healthcare and hospital ecosystems
