About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive and expand sales of DENSO products across the assigned region
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key accounts and purchasing groups
- Maximize customer retention and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct regular customer visits at distributor and trade levels
- Lead commercial negotiations and contribute to commercial policy execution
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness
- Analyze market and customer data for strategic decision-making
- Deliver commercial training and represent DENSO at industry events
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the automotive independent aftermarket
- Proven experience managing key accounts or purchasing groups
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strategic, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in an international environment
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Willingness to travel frequently (70–80% of working time)
