About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive and expand sales of DENSO products across the assigned region
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key accounts and purchasing groups
  • Maximize customer retention and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular customer visits at distributor and trade levels
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contribute to commercial policy execution
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness
  • Analyze market and customer data for strategic decision-making
  • Deliver commercial training and represent DENSO at industry events

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the automotive independent aftermarket
  • Proven experience managing key accounts or purchasing groups
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in an international environment
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Strong MS Office skills
