About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell in core and NPD products
- Negotiate greater shelf space with managers to leverage market share
- Maximise upcoming and current promotional activity
- Drive sales results and develop strong store relationships
- Manage new line pre-sell and range distribution
- Implement product layouts
- Report and provide feedback on field insights and activity
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales within Retail, FMCG, or Merchandising
- Experience in pharmacy is highly regarded
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Valid driver licence and reliable car
