Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt, identify, and acquire new medium to large clients across target sectors including Banking, Fintech, Government, and Healthcare
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and market intelligence
• Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery and tailored solution presentations to contract signature
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business revenue targets
• Conduct commercial negotiations and map client business needs to CPaaS and SaaS solutions
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular forecasts using CRM tools

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven new business (hunter) sales experience in CPaaS, SaaS, Telecommunications, or a related technology sector
• Demonstrable track record of selling to medium to large clients within Saudi Arabia
• Deep familiarity with the KSA market, including key sectors and decision-making processes
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to CPaaS products such as SMS, WhatsApp Business, RCS, OTP, or omnichannel platforms
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Existing network of medium to large account contacts in the KSA market
• Experience selling specifically into the government, banking, or healthcare sectors
