About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new revenue and strategic growth across North America Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, Beauty & Personal Care accounts.
  • Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline through proactive prospecting, executive outreach, and partner collaboration.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Act as a hunter focused on acquiring new logos and expanding Centric’s market presence.
  • Lead complex sales processes involving executive stakeholders, IT teams, procurement, and cross-functional buying committees.
  • Position Centric PLM as a strategic platform for managing product innovation, formulation, compliance, and speed to market.
  • Orchestrate internal teams, including pre-sales, solution consulting, and marketing, to win opportunities.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and detailed opportunity strategy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience (PLM, ERP, SCM, or similar platforms).
  • Proven track record of selling complex, high-value enterprise software solutions into large, strategic accounts.
  • Strong hunter profile with demonstrated success in prospecting and acquiring new business.
  • Experience selling into Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, Beauty, Personal Care, or CPG sectors.
  • Deep understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
  • Ability to travel regularly across North America.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a partner-influenced or partner-driven sales environment.
  • Direct experience with PLM software or adjacent enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in value-based, consultative, or solution-selling methodologies.
