Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across the UAE, Kuwait, and Jordan territories for Cengage’s digital and print portfolios.
• Own end-to-end revenue execution, including pipeline creation, deal progression, and achieving annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, faculty, administrators, and decision-makers.
• Lead solution-led selling conversations focused on customer outcomes, value, and measurable impact.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions tailored to customer use cases.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive digital adoption through proactive account planning and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity tracking using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Product Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet customers and attend events.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Higher Education sector.
• Familiarity with instructional technology or digital learning platforms.
• Understanding of educational trends and curriculum standards.
