About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned territories and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and prevent attrition
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue through new applications and increased volumes
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing chemical or digital solutions that help customers lower costs
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to track performance and inform strategic decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, troubleshooting processes, and maintaining equipment
- Identify and implement savings projects to improve customer processes
Requirements
