About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans for the ASEAN region to drive growth
- Provide sales support and advice to existing customers to ensure satisfaction
- Support coordination of key customer projects in line with company strategy
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and requirements to provide input for new development initiatives
- Create and maintain effective account management processes and customer-specific action plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements, delivery timelines, and quality standards are met
- Follow up and resolve customer product complaints according to company procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Proficiency in English for business communication
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High level of self-motivation and initiative
- Willingness to travel frequently
Preferred Qualifications
- Mandarin or other additional language skills
- Industry experience in coatings, particularly for plastic substrates
