About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans for the ASEAN region to drive growth
  • Provide sales support and advice to existing customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Support coordination of key customer projects in line with company strategy
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and requirements to provide input for new development initiatives
  • Create and maintain effective account management processes and customer-specific action plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements, delivery timelines, and quality standards are met
  • Follow up and resolve customer product complaints according to company procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Proficiency in English for business communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative
  • Willingness to travel frequently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mandarin or other additional language skills
  • Industry experience in coatings, particularly for plastic substrates
