Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans for the ASEAN region to drive growth.
• Provide sales support and advice to existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Support the coordination of key customer projects in alignment with company strategy.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and requirements to provide input for new development initiatives.
• Create and maintain effective account management processes and customer-specific action plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements, delivery timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Follow up on and resolve customer product complaints according to company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Proficiency in English for business communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of self-motivation and initiative.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin or other additional languages.
• Previous industry experience, particularly with coatings for plastic substrates.
