Responsibilities

  • Manage distributors and execute direct sales to strategic clients to achieve commercial goals
  • Prospect and close new business through high-level technical-scientific negotiations with decision-makers
  • Provide consultative sales of products and services to build long-term sustainable relationships
  • Manage distributor relationships through regular visits, process control, and adherence to pricing policies
  • Monitor market movements, competition, and commercial opportunities to inform internal stakeholders
  • Implement commercial and marketing policies across end customers and distributors
  • Provide technical-commercial support to distributors and collect demand forecasts for production planning

Requirements

  • Higher education degree completed
  • Proven experience in sales within the Plastic Surgery specialty
  • Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills
  • Availability to travel throughout Brazil
  • Based in São Paulo
