Responsibilities
- Manage distributors and execute direct sales to strategic clients to achieve commercial goals
- Prospect and close new business through high-level technical-scientific negotiations with decision-makers
- Provide consultative sales of products and services to build long-term sustainable relationships
- Manage distributor relationships through regular visits, process control, and adherence to pricing policies
- Monitor market movements, competition, and commercial opportunities to inform internal stakeholders
- Implement commercial and marketing policies across end customers and distributors
- Provide technical-commercial support to distributors and collect demand forecasts for production planning
Requirements
- Higher education degree completed
- Proven experience in sales within the Plastic Surgery specialty
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills
- Availability to travel throughout Brazil
- Based in São Paulo
