Sales Executive B2B

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the zoo and resort.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate sectors, travel agencies, and event planning channels.
• Manage and drive sales for bulk zoo entry tickets and resort room bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, event organizers, and tour operators.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to large groups and corporate clients.
• Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and guest services to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or outdoor activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a zoo, resort, or similar leisure environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable tourism and conservation practices.
• Familiarity with the local Abu Dhabi market and key B2B tourism players.
• Bilingual language skills.
