About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and assist Sales Manager for operational and administrative tasks
- Implement sales strategies and reply to inquiries for FIT and Group segments
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities in China markets
- Maintain long-term relationships with assigned agencies and segments
- Facilitate social media engagement and content creation on China digital channels (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.)
- Execute promotional campaigns for F&B, weddings, spa, rooms, and conferences
- Manage online reputation and respond to guest comments on social media
- Manage MCN agencies and collaborate with media partners
- Develop and manage promotion budgets and objectives with a focus on ROI
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in administrative tasks with high accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with a minimum HSK 3 certification
- Eloquent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
