Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process from initial prospecting and pipeline generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans and identify key C-level players
- Conduct detailed discovery calls and partner with Solutions Engineers to deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles using methodologies like MEDDPIC or Challenger Sales
- Maintain meticulous records of leads and opportunities within Salesforce
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine sales approach
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of success in quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales
- Experience selling into AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or heavy infrastructure industries preferred
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas in new-logo acquisition
- Experience structuring and negotiating 5-to-6-figure software contracts
- Ability to work shifted hours to align with North American time zones
- Proficiency in Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
