Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in engineering consultancy and property management sectors
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Present and explain service offerings to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements in line with company goals
• Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback for senior management
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within engineering consultancy or property management
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Access to a personal vehicle
