Responsibilities

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Arcesium’s business and functional domain to facilitate effective conversations with prospective clients
  • Exhibit expert client segment, product, and industry knowledge to drive market engagement
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal development and deal closure
  • Lead deal teams and ensure appropriate resource deployment throughout the sales lifecycle
  • Structure and negotiate complex deals involving commercial products and custom configurations
  • Participate in conferences and sponsored marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in a quota-carrying sales role
  • Proven track record in prospecting, lead development, and negotiating complex commercial structures
  • Required experience selling to hedge funds and/or institutional asset management firms
  • Established record of selling complex fintech solutions and demonstrating front-to-back office architecture value
  • Strong professional network within fintech or fund services
  • Familiarity with financial services technology ecosystems such as Bloomberg, FactSet, SimCorp, or Charles River is a plus
