Responsibilities

  • Speak with warm UK-based leads to facilitate moving services
  • Build trust with customers and execute smart upselling
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline effectively
  • Collaborate with management to improve performance and skills
  • Share market insights to help shape company growth

Requirements

  • Outbound sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Resilience and a positive mindset
  • High attention to detail and ability to learn fast
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work shifts including weekends to support UK customer hours
