Responsibilities
- Speak with warm UK-based leads to facilitate moving services
- Build trust with customers and execute smart upselling
- Manage a personal sales pipeline effectively
- Collaborate with management to improve performance and skills
- Share market insights to help shape company growth
Requirements
- Outbound sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Resilience and a positive mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to learn fast
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work shifts including weekends to support UK customer hours
