Responsibilities
- Manage your pipeline end-to-end, including response time, follow-ups, conversion, and margin
- Contact warm inbound leads within minutes to qualify and maintain momentum
- Run live reverse auctions by engaging multiple transport partners to secure viable rates
- Negotiate with confidence to balance customer value and supplier pricing while protecting margin
- Drive every enquiry to a clear outcome through disciplined follow-up
- Upsell services to increase booking value and improve customer outcomes
- Track daily activity, conversion, and revenue metrics
Requirements
- Proven success in a high-performance, target-driven sales environment
- Strong negotiation ability and commercial instinct
- Fluency in German, Spanish, and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to handle objections and control sales calls
- Excellent pipeline discipline and follow-up execution
- Resilience and enthusiasm for a fast-paced sales floor
- Comfort working with early morning shifts in Bogota to align with European timezones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics or freight brokerage
- Experience in 360° recruitment, estate agency, car sales, or insurance broking
- Experience in marketplace business models
