AnyVan is a fast-scaling online marketplace across Europe that uses logistics technology to make moving anything, anywhere more efficient. Founded in 2009, the company aims to halve wasted miles by filling empty vans, helping to save thousands of tonnes of carbon each year.
Responsibilities
- Own your desk by managing your pipeline end-to-end, including response time, follow-ups, conversion, and margin
- Move fast on warm inbound leads by contacting customers within minutes and qualifying them quickly
- Run live reverse auctions by engaging multiple transport partners to compete for jobs
- Negotiate with confidence to balance customer value and supplier pricing while protecting margin
- Drive every enquiry to a clear outcome through disciplined follow-up
- Upsell services that improve customer outcomes and increase booking value
- Track daily activity, conversion, and revenue metrics
Requirements
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Proven success in a high-performance, target-driven sales environment
- Strong negotiation ability and commercial instinct
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
- Excellent pipeline discipline and follow-up execution
- Resilience and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics or freight brokerage
- Experience in 360° recruitment, estate agency, car sales, insurance broking, or marketplace businesses
