Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support and web consultancy for US, UK, and AUS markets
- Manage the website selling process
- Close calls effectively and process payments through various gateways
- Provide high-quality technical support and sales assistance
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
- Proven ability to close sales and handle payment gateways
- Ability to join immediately
