About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients including brands, entrepreneurs, franchises, and retail businesses.
  • Generate a pipeline of prospects through field visits, networking, databases, and commercial alliances.
  • Assess client needs regarding business type, location, foot traffic, and budget.
  • Advise clients on optimal commercial spaces such as local units, islands, kiosks, and common areas.
  • Present commercial proposals aligned with client profiles and shopping center strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract closing and documentation.
  • Maintain updated prospect status within the CRM and other tracking tools.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients from the initial inquiry through to their store opening.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial leasing, real estate, or B2B environments.
  • Proven experience in cold prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales to meet commercial goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Must have a personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Availability for field visits and occasional national travel.
