About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of the commercial training plan, including logistics, scheduling, and trainer support
- Assist in the design and creation of educational materials for both digital and in-person training
- Administer commercial and product e-learning platforms, managing access, program launches, and completion tracking
- Manage and animate the InsideBoard tool for Sales Excellence
- Track commercial coaching sessions and manage onboarding plans for new hires
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in higher education (University, IAE, Business School, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of the wines and spirits industry and/or the retail/mass distribution sector
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
