Sales & Events Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to Sales & Marketing Managers
• Support all facets of the group convention and sales process
• Respond to general telephone, email, and mail inquiries
• Prepare customer correspondence including contracts and proposals
• Manage high volumes of incoming calls and distribute mail
• Maintain filing systems, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Create and maintain accounts, bookings, and events
• Act as the first point of contact for lead inquiries and assign leads timely
• Perform data entry and assist with special projects

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud Sales & Catering preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior luxury hospitality experience preferred
