Sales Estimator

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate sales estimates for tenders and contracts for single and double-storey home designs
• Obtain quotations and pricing for customer variations and upgrades
• Prepare and present tender documentation
• Review plans, engineering, and supporting documentation for estimate accuracy
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all estimating documentation
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression
• Identify opportunities to improve estimating accuracy and efficiency
• Support customers and internal teams with technical and pricing queries

Requirements

• Experience in a Sales Estimating role within the residential building industry
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, terminology, and costs
• Knowledge of ResCode, National Construction Code, and Victorian building requirements
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and engineering plans
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in a volume home-building environment is highly regarded
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
