Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, and drive an outstanding Sales Engineering team to deliver against assigned goals
  • Manage individual and team performance and resource allocation
  • Improve Oasis sales methodology, including product presentations and demonstrations
  • Assess and implement training programs to improve team technical and sales skills
  • Work with Regional Sales directors on account planning and strategy
  • Provide insightful input to product management, marketing, and field sales
  • Manage relationships with product teams and decision makers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience
  • 2+ years leading, mentoring, and developing SEs in a Team Lead or Player-Coach capacity
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and operations
  • Experience with Identity principles and Identity Security market dynamics
  • Understanding of or experience with AI-driven solutions
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers and complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent experience
