Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and drive an outstanding Sales Engineering team to deliver against assigned goals
- Manage individual and team performance and resource allocation
- Improve Oasis sales methodology, including product presentations and demonstrations
- Assess training needs and implement programs to improve team skills
- Work with Regional Sales directors on account planning and strategy
- Provide insightful input to field sales, product management, and marketing
- Manage relationships with product teams and decision makers
Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience
- 2+ years leading, mentoring, and developing other SEs in a Team Lead or Player-Coach capacity
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and identity principles
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and complex sales cycles
- Understanding of or experience with AI-driven solutions
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent experience preferred
