Sales Engineering, Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the triage and assignment of high-stakes resource requests to ensure Sales Engineers are deployed to impactful customer engagements
• Mastermind complex, sensitive calendars for executives and technical teams, balancing competing priorities
• Act as a high-level liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership
• Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing innovative workflows to maximize team efficiency
• Own the preparation of critical business roadmaps, presentations, and reports for the Sales Engineering organization

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination or a comparable high-volume support role
• Expertise in Salesforce and Google Workspace
• Proven ability to manage complex digital calendars and data
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Ability to maintain extreme attention to detail and composure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (French or Portuguese is a plus)
• Prior experience working within a sales organization or the construction technology industry
• Familiarity with Trimble Construction One or similar AECO software solutions
