About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic enablement partner for SE leadership, diagnosing skill gaps and prescribing targeted interventions
- Curate and quality-gate enablement content, including validating AI outputs for accuracy
- Diagnose field needs using signals from Gong, Salesforce, and theater-level data analysis
- Design activation experiences using various modalities like hands-on labs, AI skills, or peer learning
- Act as a connector between Product, Field, Leadership, and the Learner to align with release cadences
- Scale local enablement to org-wide capability and collaborate with the Global SE Onboarding team
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space
- Bachelor’s degree
- Deep technical expertise in SQL, Python, and/or skills database OLAP/OLTP
- Proven experience designing, building, and delivering enablement programs
- Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen
- Ability to lead through influence and manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Snowflake experience, SnowPro Core, and/or SnowPro Advanced certification
- Experience with Data Science or Spark
