About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic and tactical activities within assigned accounts to grow market share and profitability
- Identify Total Available Market (TAM) and Serviceable Available Market (SAM) to develop account penetration strategies
- Build and maintain strong strategic customer relationships to increase penetration and strengthen Molex's position
- Drive design activities, grow the CRM pipeline, and execute account business plans via Salesforce
- Prepare operational reports to track forecasting, new business opportunities, and program status
- Serve as an industry expert by communicating product applications and market trends to management and product divisions
- Analyze competitive landscapes, technology roadmaps, and application trends to develop long-term account roadmaps
- Travel to customer sites as required to support account objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of sales or marketing experience specifically within the connector industry
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (speaking and writing)
- Proven experience in order fulfillment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and execution skills, including the ability to prioritize and work independently
