Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and grow a sustainable pipeline of opportunities within the Czech Republic.
• Identify and engage new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry events.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to help customers define problems and co-develop tailored technical solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to existing customers, providing technical expertise and proactive recommendations.
• Manage sales leads and inquiries, providing tailored quotations and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Conduct product demonstrations, both on-site and virtually, to highlight features and real-world applications.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, manage the sales funnel, and provide accurate business forecasts.
• Research market and competitor trends to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.

Requirements

• BSc or Diploma in an aligned subject or equivalent technical experience within a relevant industry.
• Proven technical sales experience, specifically selling process capital equipment or similar products to industrial customers.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in both key account management and business development in a B2B environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving, budgeting, and networking skills.
• Ability to travel 60-70% across the designated territory for face-to-face customer interaction.
• Proficiency in both English and Czech is essential.
