About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage sales and customer relationships for technical service products within a designated region.
- Drive sales growth by identifying potential customers and establishing long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including demand analysis, solution formulation, contract signing, and project execution.
- Ensure successful project delivery and manage payment collection to achieve sales targets.
- Improve customer satisfaction and service revenue through effective solution implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a STEM major (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Energy and Power Engineering, or related fields).
- Understanding of basic industrial product principles to provide technical service solutions.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain a strong customer service mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75% of the time).
