Sales Engineer Trainee

Responsibilities

• Consult and guide customers in sustainable climate solutions
• Design and offer technical quotations, including product design and calculations
• Follow up on customers and ongoing projects to ensure correct specifications
• Close orders through structured activities within the CRM system
• Manage order documentation and facilitate handovers to the production team
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide market feedback to R&D

Requirements

• Technical education in technology management, marine engineering, or an equivalent field
• Strong interest in or experience with refrigeration or heat pumps
• Structured work style with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient IT skills for using diverse technical and business systems
• Fluent English communication skills (written and oral)
• Experience in technical sales is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical working experience within the refrigeration industry
• Proficiency in one or more Scandinavian languages
