About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling and professional client engagement
  • Provide technical pre-sales support via email and telephone for software products
  • Perform product demonstrations that articulate business and technical value to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to help clients envision mobility possibilities
  • Present solution architectures, including all technical aspects of products and supporting systems
  • Install and configure enterprise software solutions during Proof of Concept (POC) phases
  • Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve issues and suggest roadmap features

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) or enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows)
  • Proven experience in a technical customer-facing or pre-sales role
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking principles including DNS, IP networking, and Firewalls
  • Proficiency with SSO, IAM, SAML, and Identity Providers (IdP)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP protocols, and identity management systems
  • Experience with databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
  • Understanding of containerization and virtualization technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) - Exchange
  • Cloud computing knowledge or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
  • Android Enterprise Professional certification
  • Formal sales training (e.g., Value Selling, SPIN, or Miller Heiman)
  • Understanding of REST APIs and coding (JavaScript, HTML, etc.)
