Responsibilities

• Act as a GTM technical expert by designing and demoing Sierra’s Agent product
• Offer technical solutions to solve customer needs and answer technical questions
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams
• Drive the GTM function and improve Agents through customer-driven product development
• Lead and support customers by anticipating their needs in early-stage conversations

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales
• Professional fluency in both Japanese and English
• Experience in demo building, presenting, and working with clients in a GTM function
• Proven ability in relationship-building with executives and technical leaders
• Experience leading the sales process with Enterprise customers
• Ability to explain technical and non-technical solutions to diverse audiences
• Bachelor's Degree or above (Computer Science or related field preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• AI-related experience or experience in a highly technical industry
• Experience translating code, technical logic, and user requirements into product and engineering requirements
